The rooms are great, but a little noisy for some. We can't work out if the revellers were from the Hogan wedding party or the footy trip. Anyone with the name of Hogan is denying any knowledge of the disturbance. We have just spent 3 days at Hawkesnest, driving up and down the coast watching hockey and stalking old friends. ( We would have kept driving but the locals said no stalk is complete unless you actually drop in and demand to be fed and watered which we were with great gusto.)We spent a day boating on Port Stevens. Kneeboarding is not H's fortee but I don't think there is any sport called manbooby boarding. Or maybe white whale flapping . The wind was very bracing and even though I did nothing but hang on for dear life I still worked up a great appetite for the prawn and mayo sandwhiches at lunch. A long walk on the beach was more my pace in the afternoon. I forced myself to swim in the ocean because H and D had done it, but it was freezing. I had to dodge a few macho fishermen four wheel driving to their favourite beach fishing spot but other then that it was a vehicle free walk. Almost as much physical hard work as the ute muster rubbish pick up, but much less smelly.
The Wedding AfterNoon
The mobile phone wedding pictures - never to be repeated exiquisite photography. ( Once we worked out how to get if off the video option and learned how to turn them the right way up.)

The wedding was great fun. There was just the right amount of tears and laughter. The bride was beautiful, the groom distinguised. The speeches were funny, sad, moving and honest (but not too many scary Deni boy stories). The music was fabulous. Who could forget the crooning words of "Mrs Hogan" (AKA Mrs Robinson) tamboreened very beautifully by the new bride. We danced the night away, with only one ot two hammy strains, twisted ankles and hoarse voices. I am still waiting for my request to be played ( route 66 and Day dream Believer ) Start rehearsing boys I want to dance to them at Pete's 60th.
Love yous all

Nice description of the wedding mum, although the comments about dads manboobies were a little harsh- but fair haha. I'm suprised the phone photos turned out quite well, altough I think about half of them were videos!
